Business Development Manager

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.


  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
  • Planning and preparing impressive presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Providing management with market feedback.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • To coordinate with all the consultant appointed in the planning, implementing and completing of the projects.
  • To prepare and monitor the development budget.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.


  • At least 5 years’ experience in related industry
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development may be sufficient
  • Energetic & full of drive
  • Excellence communication skills (Public Speaking)
  • To have strong research and strategic analysis skills. Motivation for Sales (Result oriented)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients (approach customer via phone calls)
  • Market Knowledge,
  • Possess own transport, ready to travel for business purpose
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
