Responsibilities :
- Responsible for HR activities, such as payroll, staff claims, overtime, commissions, leave records, staff welfare, employment formalities, training, employee relationship, administration and etc.
- Provide advice and solutions on general HR operational and employee relations issues.
- Work on planning and strategies, including direct and non-direct labor staffing, recruitment and employment, compensation and benefits management, employee performance management, employee coaching, employee training and development, employee communication and relationship management activities.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and filing.
- To maintain and process data derive from performance appraisal for yearly salary review , bonus, promotion and transfer purposes.
- Provide employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and procedures.
- Provide advice and counseling in all disciplinary issues and ensures that actions taken by the company are in conformity with the labor laws and company's rules and regulations.
- Attend to labour office, and other relevant government bodies.
- Carry out administrative functions on renewal of license,etc.
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
