Personal Assistant To Managing Director

Kuala Lumpur - Serdang Raya

Responsibilities :

  • Prepares presentations and other related tasks.
  • Experiences in Construction & Property will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, filter information and assess priorities
  • Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings and assist in the preparation of any materials required for meetings
  • Able to manage and administer general, Board and Committee meetings including preparation of agenda and papers as well as drafting of minutes thereafter.
  • Secretarial and administrative tasks such as drafting letters and memos, maintaining a proper filing system, screening of calls, attending to correspondences, tracking and arranging of documents for signature, management and organization of MD’s  office with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines while providing consistent and professional service.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Ability to work independently; multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-pace environment with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Good problem solving skills and resourceful to research for information.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
  • Good command of English, ,Malay & Mandarin both written and spoken
  • Able to interact with people of all level.
