Responsibilities:

• Handling all projects sales and marketing, events, strategies;
• Oversee and Monitor daily activities and sales performance of your sales team by implementing business strategies to achieve sales target, marketing plan and revenue target.
• Responsible for overall supervision and control of sales and after sales operations;
•  Establish good customer relations. Handle customer request and complaints promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing or related discipline with at least 4 years related property experience.
• Self motivated and customer orientated.
• Good follow up work sense of urgency to meet commitments.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and capable of handling multiply projects simultaneously.
• Desire to achieve company goals and able to handle challenges.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver the desired results.
• Able to meet strict daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
• Must be able to converse, read and write in English.
• Computer literacy
• Pleasant personality
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
